So I spent the last week trying out a new fad diet.
First, I got my throat sore enough to not be able to swallow. That allowed me to trim my caloric intake from an unsightly 2000-2500 down to about 150-200
Next, I allowed muscle soreness to reduce my physical activity to almost nothing. My body kept burning up calories, though, in order to keep up ridiculously high fever temperatures.
Thirdly, I got my body to break into cold sweats in the middle of the night each night (think: "wringing out the PJs") to lose that troublesome water weight that holds so many of us back.
I was pretty stoked about it but I've already gained back 7 of the 10 pounds I lost. I guess this diet really isn't all it was cracked up to be.

you shold have talked to me first. you only go on such a severe crash diet before important events, like prom and your wedding. basically events where pictures will be taken, and uncomfortable outfit will be worn and passing out is acceptable.
