Dad Joke

Based on a true story:

A guy from out of town came into the local diner and asked for a cup of coffee. As the waitress set it down she explained that the owner was giving away some prizes through roll-up rims on the coffee. After a few minutes of sipping he figured he would see what he had won.

His eyes lit up with excitement as he saw what was written. "I. Just. Won. A. Motor Home! I can't believe it! A motor home!"

The waitress was thoroughly confused. "We aren't giving away any prizes bigger than a free lunch. You can't win a motor home."

The young gentleman didn't seem to listen "I won a motor home!" he kept repeating.

The waitress picked up the cup and saw his prize description:
"Win a bagel"
