R for "Responsible Parenting"

It seems strange to me, and surely must be strange to you, my fellows, that the Gateway theater allows children under five to R-rated movies as long as it is before 5 pm. They probably don't want them watching graphic violence, sex and profanity any later than that because it would mean they were up past their bedtimes, and you know how bad it is for a child's development to stay up past their bedtime.
